Higher Quality Voices + New Icon

This update fixes the low quality voices because they were not intentional, and adds a new fancy icon that replaces the basic deep blue background. Let me know if this icon is preferred.

Just a clarification that anything listed in patch notes are only available once you update, and that in the upcoming days, older versions will no longer be able to connect with recent versions, and will eventually break altogether. I urge people to remind most people they meet in-game that they need to be updating their game or they will be subject to sudden isolation, and eventually, nothingness.
